QUALITY SYSTEM AND CONTROL
Structured management of production processes and documentation, with complete traceability of every stage of production.
Operational and documentary inspections are carried out throughout the entire production cycle, combining the latest inspection technologies with experience gained over time. These include dimensional checks, non-destructive testing and, where required, radiographic testing performed by certified personnel.
WELDING AND HEAT TREATMENT
Qualified welding procedures carried out by certified welders. More than 300 WPQRs and over 1,500 WPSs covering the main materials and processes.
Welding coordination is entrusted to an International Welding Engineer (IWE) at technical level and to dedicated coordination personnel in the workshop; NDT inspections are performed by Level 2 and Level 3 specialists.
Heat treatments are carried out in a certified furnace, with full recording and traceability of the thermal cycles.
TRACEABILITY AND CERTIFICATIONS
Dedicated management systems ensure the traceability of activities and the complete management of project documentation.
